I like my rice moister than the traditional Instant Pot directions, so this is the way I made it.
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups brown basmati rice
- 1/4 sweet onion diced (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in Instant Pot insert. Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes. Let naturally release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
